Cool place with unique stores and food, highly recommend the Bandai and exotic snacks stores. Generally clean and tons of parking which is nice. Security is super helpful and responds fast. Had an encounter with some delinquents haggling people but as soon as I called security they were promptly escorted out. Definitely coming back

I am from Abilene and I have been going to the Parks Mall for years! I haven't been to this mall since high school. I went to this mall on Thursday and it has plenty shops but it also feels small! It has a Dillard's and a Macy's! I should've taken pictures of the mall but I only saw one vacancy in the mall. The food court is smaller than the Parks Mall but they didn't freely offer you samples like the people at the Parks Mall! I wear a size 12 and went to Dillard's and Rob helped me order a dress shoe in my size! They have done anything with the closed Sears section yet! The major negative thing I have to say about this mall is that Macy's looks like it is going to close. There's a empty section near clearance area in the furniture. The shoe department has empty shelves. Some of the jewelry cases are empty. The green floor is dirty. Going up the escalators, there is a part of the ceiling falling apart. While I did not take pics of the mall, I did take pics of Macy's! The Macy's at the Parks Mall is better! I don't recommend this mall! I had a good shopping experience at Dillard's but I prefer the Parks Mall over Hulen because it is larger, friendlier, and better! But if you

It's a cool mall but why does it close so early? Seriously, what if I needed something from the mall at night. No one's hoing to go before six pm. That's dinner time. Good mall but kinda weird that it closes so early...

Great place. Busier than I've seen it in awhile, which is good. Stores are open and look nice. Wish Macy's would up their game to be worthy of this mall. One or two stores allowing people to lure you in with fast alk and free samples. Not the best business tactics for a nice place like this. Overall, this was a nice place to shop and offered a variety of businesses to fulfill your shopping needs.

A mall that isn't dead! They have a fun little arcade geared towards kids. Plenty of shops for us adults. Hot Topic was a blast to revisit. Dillard's is nice with a good selection. Really happy with my visit and will visit again!
